Rain garden installation event – Onondaga Environmental Institute is working with Onondaga County’s Department of Water Environment Protection to develop a demonstration rain garden and supporting educational materials, including a maintenance booklet, sign, brochure, and photo “tour” of the process. The rain garden will be located on METRO property on Hiawatha Boulevard, Syracuse.
